Who are we?

ProSys is a partnership between two individuals, Jack Cernobyl and Robert Tune.  Both are employed by a Fortune 500 US Corporation and are recognized experts in their fields. 

Bob and Jack are uniquely qualified in their functional areas having a combined experience in property tax and software development of over 60 years.  To them, each customer is important. When you purchase PTM you will be working directly with the designer, developer and owner’s of the company.

ProSys is the sole owner of PTM and was developed with the full knowledge and approval of their employer who is also a user of PTM.

Bios

Jack Cernobyl is the subject matter expert, the functional developer of Property Tax Manager and a partner in ProSys.

He is currently employed as the Property Tax Manager of a Fortune 300 U.S. based corporation. He has worked in the State and Local tax field for the past 33 years spending the last 30 working exclusively in the property tax area.   He currently has property tax responsibility for thousands of locations located in more than 35 countries.

He has been a member of the IPT for over 25 years and has appeared before numerous boards and courts during his career.

Robert Tune is a partner in ProSys and the programmer/technical developer of Property Tax Manager.  He has worked for the same Fortune 300 for over 30 years starting out in the laboratory, moving to the Product Safety and then to his current home in Global IT.  He has been programming computers since 1974, developing on PCs since 1981 and coding in Microsoft Access since version 1 (1992).  He is currently a developer/analyst  working with SAP, server and PC based systems.
