PTM can prepare property renditions by producing various schedules that are included with your personal property return filings for each jurisdiction.

PTM can produced pre defined cover letter that can be automatically generated when the return schedules are produced.

PTM can help build a comprehensive property tax adjusted asset base. This allows users to maintain a complete history of costs that are part of your asset base but not assessable for property tax purposes.   With PTM, you will be able to quickly reconcile property tax renditions to company books and records. This feature is particularly useful in the event of a property tax audit by an assessing jurisdiction.

PTM can process tax payments for any type of property tax bill.  It can also prepare check requests which can be sent to your payables department in either electronic or paper form.

PTM is also able to produce hundreds of customized reports based on check requests that have been processed by PTM.

PTM maintains an up to date perpetual calendar of all property tax related events. As returns and bills are processed, new calendar events are created by the click of a button.

PTM maintains a complete phone book of your business and personal contacts.  This information is kept at both a location level and on a system wide basis. It is therefore possible to have a unique phone list for a single location and a universal phone book which includes all locations in PTM.

PTM can be highly customized by you to meet the unique requirements of your company’s operations.  Information can be customized for a large number of fields such as asset descriptions, legal entities, divisions, site activities, site status and many others.  No two versions of PTM will look exactly alike due to the high degree of independence you have in constructing your database.

PTM will soon also be able to maintain your real estate records more efficiently.  Prosys is currently in the process of completing a real estate module which will be sent as a free upgrade to all current users.  It is also our intent to continue to develop various modules which will be sent free to our customers for up to five years from their date of purchase.

PTM contain a basic property tax accrual module that will enable you to estimate upcoming accruals. You will also be able to track the status of existing accrruals against current accruals and make adjustments.

PTM allows you to track the status by account of appeals filed.
