Our Goal
Property Tax Manager (PTM) was designed to enable individuals responsible for some or all aspects of their company’s property tax function to perform their tasks quickly and efficiently. Our goal was to design a software program that freed up users to spent as much of their time as possible on activities that add the greatest value to their companies.
Our second goal was to design a software program that was both comprehensive and user-friendly. Too often we have seen tax software that appears to have been designed by someone who never had to prepare a property tax return or pay a property tax bill. We did not want to design software that required the extensive use of a voluminous user’s manual months after the software was up and running.
Our third goal was to design software for user’s who are interested in being able to customize portions of the software to meet their own unique requirements. While we will perform customization of the program was not our intention to charge additional fees.
Our fourth goal was to design software that did not require a large amount of on-going technical support. Although Prosys does maintain a technical support system our goal was to design a system that was intuitive enough that user’s would only require a minimal amount of support.
Lastly, our final goal was to design software that was affordable. We purposefully designed PTM to be self contained and requiring no expensive annual fees.
After years in development we believe that we have successfully met the above goals.
